Our machine park is made up of 25 presses from 30 to 180 tonnes, 15 of which are electric equipped with 3 and 6 axis robots.
This equipment is necessary for the properly transformation of the most technical raw materials currently on the market such as PA46, PA6, PA610, PA66, PA12, PBT, PEI, PEEK, POM, PPA, PPO, PPS…
We carry out over-molding operations on metal components with our automated means.
We have a dedicated workshop and clean room in which we carry out assembly operations either of molded components with our equipment or of external supplies.
• Ultrasonic welding
• Assembly of O-rings
• Manual and automated multi-component assembly.
We also have winding equipment of which we have mastered the technology which are devoted to specific programs.
The skills and expertise of our staff as well as the technical resources available allow us to maintain and keep the tools handed over by our customers in optimal condition.
